The Bankruptcy Law department of UNIÓN LEGAL aims to respond to any problem related to bankrupt companies. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals allows us to provide specialized services in labor, tax or Administrative Law matters, when necessary.

We have extensive experience in presenting pre-bids and bids on behalf of the debtor. This is why we can offer comprehensive advice from the start of the procedure until it ends, including the preparation and defense of the proposed agreement, the supervision of the liquidation of the company and the defense of the client’s interests in the qualification piece. We also offer legal advice in insolvency proceedings for natural persons.

From the perspective of the creditor, we manage our clients’ credits and carry out all the actions necessary to recover the amounts owed or minimize the damage in those cases where collection is not possible. We carry out continuous monitoring of the competition, taking all possible actions within the legal framework in order for the procedure to be as least harmful as possible to the creditor’s interests.
